The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located just across the Olentangy River from downtown Columbus in the up-and-coming Franklinton area. The unit is within walking distance of Cosi, Brewdog (brewery), and Land Grant (brewery), or Strongwater (bar, restaurant, and event space) are within walking distance. There is very little traffic throughout the area throughout the day.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by walking or taking an Uber or Lyft. There are also electric scooters and bikes available for rent by using the following apps:
- Bird
- Lime
- Lyft
Other Things to Note:
Basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, salt, etc. are provided with each stay; however, if these items run out during your stay the guest is responsible for replacing them for their own use. Also, several clean kitchenware, towels, and sheets are provided for each stay however guests are responsible for cleaning and replacing these items during their stay. Guests do not need to clean these items before checkout.

We stayed from thursday-sunday for a baseball tournament at Lou Berliner park. The apartment is wonderful! Super clean, check in was easy the place smelled great and was comfortable! The apartment complex is amazing, the lobby has a pool table and shuffle board and a coffee bar! The pool area is great, there is a seating area with firepit, plenty of chairs to lay out and a grilling area! The complex is very clean and there are plenty of little restaurants and shops right there . We were within 5 mins of the ball park so it was great! We even found a great diner like 3 mins away called Tommy’s! I highly recommend!!! Everything was really great about our stay , close to downtown and everything we could have asked for! I would love to be able to stay again in the future for other travel sports things! Highly recommend!

This property is in a great spot. Just a short walk or quick scooter ride to COSI and Veterans Museum. Plenty of food trucks and things to check out within a short distance. Nice little convenience store, coffee/breakfast spot, and pizza joint with full bar in the adjoining building. Property has a nice lobby with a coffee station, beautiful pool, and an ample gym. Dom was very clear with check in instructions. The room was more than suitable for our 2 night stay. My only wish was for a more comfortable bed but that is subjective. And for a TV in the bedroom
