Comfort Cottage is the perfect example of airy, breezy, coastal farmhouse décor and feeling! Branson has a lot to do, but coming back to this fabulous 3 bedroom condo may be one of your favorite things while visiting!
The Space:
Fresh, light, airy, bright, relaxing, contentment, and peaceful are all words you'll be using to describe this remarkable condo when telling your friends about your Branson trip! We're confident the excellent location, well equipped kitchen, premium beds, quality bedding/linens/towels, well stocked bathrooms, and soft furniture will have you completely satisfied in your choice of stay. With the location being only 1.5 miles to the Branson strip, 2 miles to Table Rock Lake (Moonshine Beach), and 4.5 miles to Silver Dollar City, there is no better place to be! We invite you to come experience this fully remodeled space! Don't forget, Comfort Cottage doesn't have any stairs and is wheelchair accessible!
STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - King size bed (Sleeps 2)
Living Room - Sofa Bed
Guest Access:
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.
The Neighborhood:
Such a great location to access EVERYTHING Branson. Located off a main by-pass road to avoid traffic, up the hill from Table Rock Lake (2 miles), just off of the Branson Strip (1.5 miles), down the road from Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles) and taking 165 to Fall creek will get you to Branson Landing. You will not regret this location for sure!
**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.
**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
Other Things to Note:
**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.
**WE HAVE MANY OTHER PROPERTIES IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THAT CAN BE COMBINED TO ACCOMMODATE LARGER GROUPS AS WELL. ASK FOR DETAILS!

The stay was very nice. The kitchen had the very basics for food preparation. Don’t plan on making gourmet meals, but you can get by with what is there. Coffee pot took regular basket filters, which they had there when we stayed, but we were prepared with both just in case. They had laundry detergent and dish soap/dishwasher tablets available, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The chairs in the living room were not very sturdy for sitting on, the legs were quite weak/basically broken, and the couches weren’t the most comfortable. Overall, the price was great for what we got. The location was perfect for what we needed. Close enough that getting places of interest wasn’t too long of a drive, but away from the crazy busy traffic. We would definitely consider staying again!

Great location. Furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Could have used some attention in bathrooms. We had a wonderful time in Branson.

The good: The place was great. As advertised. Close to all the cool stuff in Branson. Excellent value.The bad: The floors were filthy. Black gunk ended up on our feet and socks. I communicated this to the hosts and they intend to address the problem.

Kitchen could use some wine glasses. Did not use the pool. Fold out couch does not make a comfortable bed.
