This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

Our stay was even better than expected. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Every amenity was thought of and taken care of. We loved that so many beach items were available for us to use, all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils were there, and that the washer and dryer were inside the villa. The villa was very clean and included beach towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the ceiling fans were a bonus. We loved being walking distance from shopping, restaurants, the lagoons and other beaches (Secret Beach and Paradise Cove Beach - where sea turtles swim around you!). Joan was extremely helpful upon arrival and Jackie was consistently available to us whenever we needed her. Communication was excellent!

Couldn’t ask for more. Great location in coconut plantation. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We didn’t use the A/C as the tradewinds kept us cool and delightful to enjoy. The owner is kind and cooperative. Worth the time and money to stay here.

The place was great! Jackie, the host, and Joan, the on-island contact were so pleasant and helpful. The location was amazing. There are a lot of places to stay in Ko-Olina, but this one was within walking distance to everything! Right across the street to the pool, just down the street from MonkeyPod and if you know the Ko-Olina area, you get to bypass most of the speed bumps staying here! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, right between the Disney and Four Season’s resort. The place was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. I didn’t use the guest bed, so I couldn’t comment. The main pool area has a couple of BBQ grills, which were nice to cook on most nights. I typically had the pool to myself and the couple of times it did have more guests at it, I could walk down to the other pool in the neighborhood and it was empty all the time. Overall, I’d rate my experience and the host at a 11 out of 10! I couldn’t have imagined my stay being any better. The next time I come to Oahu, I’ll be reaching back out to Jackie! Pro-Tip: If you stay here, Jackie has snorkel and beach equipment available for you to use. Be sure to take the short walk to hidden beach and paradise cove to see the sea turtles and monk seals.

This was a great quiet property with 2 great pools. Close to all the lagoons and Paradise Cove. Lots of great sunsets at the lagoons.
