Vacation apartment with French balcony

Welcome to our charming, somewhat smaller vacation rental, which, at 30 m², is perfect for a pleasant and cozy stay. The French balcony lets plenty of natural light into the apartment and offers a beautiful view that gives you a sense of freshness and openness. In the sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable bed made up with fresh linens. The bathroom is equipped with hand and bath towels that are changed regularly, so you’ll always have fresh linens available. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror round out the bathroom amenities and help you with your daily routine. The small but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a kettle. Salt, pepper, and oil are also provided, so you can prepare your meals as you like. Dining and cooking utensils are, of course, also available. In the living area, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception provides entertainment. After an eventful day, you can relax here or enjoy your favorite shows. For your convenience, a private parking space is available right next to the house, so you can park your vehicle comfortably and securely. All utilities, such as electricity, heat, and water, are already included in the price, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
