About this house rental
A beautifully updated home tucked in the cul-de-sac of a family-friendly neighborhood located near Historic Boulder, Interlocken, Flatiron Crossing Mall, dining, walking, and biking trails. Ten minutes from Boulder, I-36, and fall football at Colorado University! Special attention is given to our home with stringent cleaning practices, non-smoking, and no pet policies. Allergen and waterproof covers line all new bedding and pillows. Guests have access to main floor living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry, and lovely fenced backyard with outdoor dining table/chairs. Upstairs guests will enjoy a guest room with a new king bed and closet storage. An additional partially enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed and leather club chair. Bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and complimentary amenities to get you off to a great start! The entire home has beautiful hardwood flooring, shutters, oversized sofas, operating fireplace you can start with the flip of a switch. The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances and every item needed to make fabulous meals when not dining out. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available for use. Puzzles, books, and board games are also available when it's time to relax inside. An office area in the loft bedroom provides a portable desk, chair, wireless printer, and supplies should you have to work during your stay. You have free access to Xfinity internet with 720 Mbps download and 23 Mbps upload speeds. Guests enjoy contactless check-in with a smart lock at the covered front porch entrance and heated sidewalk mats for your safety during cold weather. There are no other occupants/owners in the home. You will have private access to the entire house, front porch, and back yard. The owner's suite, garage, and basement are locked off for storage and we keep a personal vehicle in the driveway for our visits. Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and activities. Host was prompt in communications. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture. Loved the backyard.

Great location, quiet and safe with quick access to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Great owner. We really enjoyed our stay. Only improvements would be a bigger vanity in the bath, not much room to do, or maybe some more shelves to set toiletries and makeup on. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal preference, maybe a 3" memory foam topper would help. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

Heather has such a beautiful and welcoming home at the heart of everything. About 30 minutes from Denver Airport, 15 minutes from Pearl Street, an hour from Estes and Rocky, 40 minutes from Red Rock Amphitheater and an hour and a half from Breckenridge! The home is also very close to grocery stores and coffee shops and sits at the center of a culdesac in a family centered neighborhood with lots of beautiful walking paths and a playground. The home was well stocked with all kitchen necessities. Heather also includes basic bathroom needs (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, TP, paper towels). She has two types of coffee machines (Keurig and drip with reusable filter) in the kitchen and her fridge has a water filter system on the inside. She has a stock of reusable paper bags in the pantry closet for grocery shopping. Heather was so helpful in helping us find activities to do with our young girls and checked in us periodically via VRBO message to make sure our stay was going well. We even accidentally left a hat behind (which I thought we lost in a trail) and she sent it back! She was truly a gracious host.
