Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Shore. The condo was nice, and the onsite pools and easy access to the beach were great.The biggest issue was that the washing machine in our unit was broken. We were not notified of this and noticed that it was clearly broken upon our arrival. This was frustrating because we only had a limited number of swimsuits, and the beach can be very messy. Communication with the Cinnamon Shore office wasn’t great. When we brought up the issue to them, they sent out some technicians but weren’t proactive when keeping us updated. Eventually, it was determined the unit was busted, and they didn’t know when it could be fixed. We were a little frustrated by this. The reason for paying a premium to stay at Cinnamon Shore is the home-like conveniences, like a washing machine.We asked for some type of refund/discount on the room and were told multiple times that a Manager would contact us about this (which they never did).Otherwise, the trip was fine. But we ended up spending a lot of time and energy on this issue, which was disappointing. This is a lovely unit, as long as everything is working.
