Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies.
**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with No Exceptions. **
**Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees. **
**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **
**The Top of the Gulf Cafe is seasonal through Oct 31st (subject to change) **

We stayed here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and finish the week for spring break! I asked for a little decor and they put a birthday banner and some balloons with chocolates out for her!! Otherwise, this place was great. Super accessible, great pool with a snack shack, and nice beach access!! 10/10

- Condo smelled like pot (presumably from the neighbors) every time we walked in
- AC so old the repair guy was there for seconds and said he couldn’t do anything with it and the condenser is probably about to go out
- curtains had stains and holes in them allegedly had been professionally cleaned
- mattresses are heavily used and have dips in them
- tv had to be reset in order for the sound to work
Other than ALL of that, the location is great, the beach is clean, the kitchen appliances work. I would book a real joy managed unit again but I would not book something owned by this owner.
