About this farm stay rental
Beautiful stone cottage, which is located in a characteristic medieval hamlet. Stunning views onto the valley – the garden and the swimming pool are at the exclusive use of the guests – fantastic terrace with panoramic views!
The house is attached on one side to another house, but completely independent. Casa Max disposes of a completely fenced garden of 250 sqm, equipped with a table, chairs, barbeque, sun-umbrella, deckchairs and a swimming pool (octagonal – half set in earth – 4 x 4m, depth: 1.10m – the border of the swimming pool is only out 60 cm – opening times: 13.05. – 23.09.2017).
Activities:
This area is ideal for a holiday with outdoor activities – many possibilities to have a stroll as also excursion by mountain bike – discover the many villages and hamlets, which are located close to the holiday home such as Ruota, San Andrea di Compito, San Ginese.
There are restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in 1.5 km distance for lovers of the Tuscan cuisine.
You may reach the wonderful therapeutic springs of San Giuliano in about 20 km and in about 34 km the nice beaches of the Versilila.
Make a day trip to the most important art cities of Tuscany – Lucca 12 km, Pisa 22 km and Florence 70km

Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor (ground floor level – same as the street):
Spacious living room with couch and upholstered chairs, dining room, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, exit onto a terrace with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco – spectacular views onto the valley; the washing machine and the heating system is also on the terrace.
Stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 big double bedroom with walking closet, TV, 1 spacious bathroom with separate shower, hydro massage tub, wc, bidet, basin.
3rd floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (1.40m), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin.
The house is cosy and tastefully furnished in country style – beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. WIFI included. Air condition in all bedrooms.
There is a room on the ground floor (garden level) which remains closed. Parking within the grounds.
Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.

We had a lovely week staying at Casa Max. The house was wonderfully peaceful, and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Massimo, the owner was so helpful and communicative. We arrived later than planned and he very kindly waited for us to arrive to give us the keys. We loved the outdoor terrace and swimming pool, and the views were just beautiful. The house is obviously very well taken care of and has everything you might need. Thank you Massimo for a great week in your lovely home. We very much hope to return one day!

The past two weeks were amazing.
We went to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca and San Gimignano.
