You are paying for the view, there was nothing special about the house. A more comfortable couch would have been nice. Surprisingly I saw no smoke detectors!

The property was as described and clean. However communication with the property management took time and I had to call to get my check in information the 30 minutes before 4pm the day of. Also if you bring your pets be aware of the neighbors dogs kept coming into the yard.

Excellent property on the water(marsh). Fishing was awesome! Redfish, black drum, jack crevalle, and some pesky catfish. There is foosball and a half size pool table for entertainment. Kids can stay busy. There is a TV in every room and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will greatly consider booking again when the need arises.
