Escape to this unique glamping retreat set beside a peaceful lake on a private farm near Hertford. Ideal for couples or families, this luxury safari tent sleeps up to 6 and features a private hot tub, roll-top bath, open-plan kitchen and living area, two double beds (one elevated), and two single pull-out futons for children.
Guests enjoy free access to the on-site farm park—home to alpacas, lambs, and pigs—as well as a discount at the farm shop offering local produce. Soak up countryside views from the hot tub or relax with a BBQ on warm evenings.
Located just minutes from Hertford’s shops, pubs, and attractions like Hertford Castle, it’s the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. Nearby walking trails include the scenic Chadwell Way Sculpture Trail.
Please note: no open flames indoors, no swimming in the lake, and the elevated bed may not suit those with limited mobility. Pets allowed (fee applies); groups and parties not permitted.
