- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.
- Note: The Pool Heater has been switched off until the end of September 2025. The Pool will remain open for use and can be accessed by all residents.
- The swimming pool is temporarily closed and unavailable for use, effective immediately. A further notice will be issued once it has reopened.
- Common Property BBQ: The BBQ is temporarily out of use following an incident that caused damage to the appliance. For safety reasons, it is off-limits until repairs are completed.

- Early Check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.

No Nat' Park visited. Apartment lovely. Needs instructions for tv and dishwasher. Clearer instructions for parking access needed, given its a different street. Eg Mulberry building name, as street numbers different.
