We really enjoyed out stay .Our kids ages 20, 17, 16, 12, 10, 7, and 2. Beautiful house, clean , good layout . We were in the pool multiple times per day. The house had 2 strollers. That was so helpful for the 2 year old .I did not need to rent one separately.We also enjoyed the resort pool.Alot of things to do in the area. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay! Not sure but there were no pot holders to remove things from the oven with or to use to set hot pans on. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in most bathrooms so we had to go and purchase toilet paper right away. The property fit our family very well!

When we checked in everything seemed good blinds was a little damaged with no draw string or turning pole on each side. Once contacted the host they did respond but never rung the doorbell or pushed it. I heard a faint voice while I was upstairs the maintenance had entered the property already. When reporting this to the host I honestly didn’t like the response. All I was asking that the door bell should have been pushed instead of knocking because the door bell is a very loud sound thru the entire house remember it’s a 2 story building. Another thing when we cleared the check in process thru security got the house and entered the code thru my email and couldn’t get into the house we contacted the host they made it seem that the we didn’t enter the correct code which made me unsettled by the female comment like we did something wrong. We took numerous of steps while she was trying to coach us thru the steps but couldn’t not enter the premises . Had to use the maintenance code which worked without any problems then the maintenance guy showed up evaluating everything . Overall this property was excellent for our family really enjoyed everything but the host needs to be more opened minded and not making seems like the mistake was on us
