Meneou Sunset Beachfront Villa is located in a quiet, beachfront and gated development on Kiti Beach just 5 minutes' drive from Larnaca Airport and 10 minutes' drive from Larnaca Center.
This spacious and luxuriously furnished villa offers a large private pool and garden just a few steps from the beach. The ground floor features an open plan living room with comfortable sofa sets and, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern electrical appliances as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower. The first floor features two spacious en-suite double rooms and two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom.
Larnaca Beachfront Holiday Villa Sunset offer is fully air-conditioned and offers all amenities for a great and relaxing vacation including free unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi, flat Screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms as well as satellite TV with both English and Russian speaking Channels.

Larnaca Beachfront Holiday Villa Sunset is located in a gated development on Kiti Beach. Larnaca airport is about 8 minutes' drive from the villa and so is Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in Larnaca and offers plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. The more central Finikoudes beach and square is about 15 minutes' drive from the villa and there you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.
The beach in front of the villa is a quiet beach visited mostly by local population and is literally right in front of your doorstep.

East meets West in Larnaka (Larnaca) as both Christianity and Islam have revered religious sites here, with the mosque of Hala Sultan, an important Moslem place of pilgrimage, and the church of St Lazarus, Jesus’ friend whom he resurrected from the dead.

Amongst archaeological sites worth visiting, Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period, a rare 6th century mosaic of the Virgin and Child between two archangels, while perched dramatically on a rocky peak with a panoramic view over the surrounding

The villa was really nice the area was lovely very quite, their was a bus 1 every 2hrs which eas ok going into Larnaca but we used taxi back as the last bus was 8pm so you need a car to get to places, like us we mainly used it for the food shop.

Right on the shore (and so quiet it was like having a private beach) and with a beautiful deep swimming pool with enough sun loungers to support a large group.
Larnaca airport is less than 10 minutes away yet there was no noise from the planes (which we had been concerned might be the case), so the commute to the villa was easy.
Plenty of bedrooms, all with effective air conditioning. Kitchen is well-equipped. Generally a lot of space to support a large family or two. Property management were responsive to any queries.
There are some signs of wear and tear across the villa which could maybe be addressed. e.g. missing drawers in one of the master bedrooms, damaged kitchen unit fascia, pool lights didn't work, and there was no grate for the bbq so it could not be used for cooking (which we only found out after we had bought charcoal). These were all minor details which did not ruin our holiday.

This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away.
It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool).
There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa.
Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants.
This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.

Spacious, grand property with amazing open plan living downstairs. Very comfortable beds - although sheets that fit would have been even better.
The outside areas do not reflect the online photos - overgrown shrubs and weeds, barbecue area was barely functional, back gate to beech was hanging off and dangerous. Parasols were damaged - ended up fixing them myself and had to unblock the outdoor shower for hosing sand off feet. Dishwasher did not function properly and we ended up washing everything by hand.
All this aside, we did have a relaxing week and the pool was well maintained and clean. Proximity to airport and Larnaca was useful.
