About this house rental
Spacious 4BR home with fire table, BBQ, pool table, and foosball. Master has 1 King bed, Bedrooms 2 & 3 have Queen beds, Bedroom 4 offers 2 King Koil Queen airbeds. Living room includes a King bed, plus 2 Intex Queen airbeds available upon request. Enjoy a 65” smart TV, high-speed internet, and 2 clean bathrooms. Perfect for families or groups—comfortable, flexible, and fun!

➜ The master bedroom on the main floor features one (1) King bed
➜ Bedroom 2 on the main floor features one (1) Queen bed
➜ Bedroom 3 features one (1) Queen bed
➜ Bedroom 4 features two (2) King Koil Queen-size air mattresses
➜ The living room features one (1) regular King bed and a 65-inch smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube
➜ Two (2) additional Queen-size Intex air mattresses available upon request for flexible sleeping arrangements
➜ High-speed internet access
➜ Two (2) clean and sanitized full bathrooms with essentials
➜ In-house washer and dryer machines for added convenience
➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for all beds and plenty of towels

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ I’m available by phone, text, email and Vrbo chat.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤The property uses a well water supply system. Please avoid multiple people using water at the same time or one person using an excessive amount of water, as this may lead to low water supply. If that happens, the system will need 2–3 hours without water use to recover.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

It was a nice place to stay worked good for our group of 12 the only problem was we ran out of water for the house several times takes couple hours to work again which was an inconvenience

Stayed with a group of friends for a beach weekend. Property was nice with a short dive to the beach. Great Communication with the owner. Would book again.
