Our modern and bright studio, ideally located near the best of the region's art, culture, and history, is your perfect Bordeaux retreat! You will love to be on the edge of the lake, right near the lively Cité du Vin and the historic centre. There is something for everyone in the city - read on for our recommendations.

You will enjoy this lakeside residence, featuring classic architecture in the shape of a ship. Make use of the luggage storage during your travels, or the laundry facilities and iron and ironing board before a meeting. Reservation of taxis, restaurants, and activities can be made on-site for added convenience. In the mornings, arrange for a buffet breakfast in the breakfast room to start your day off right! If you are arriving by car, a covered parking lot is available for a charge (limited spaces, pre-booking highly recommended).
Please note that, upon your arrival, a tourist tax and a fully-refundable damage deposit of €200 will be collected. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided starting from €65.

During your stay, head out to visit the vineyards of Médoc, Saint-Emilion and the Arcachon basin. For some exercise, we recommend renting a bike and exploring Bordeaux via the bike paths! We love to visit the Magasins des Vivres de la Marine to experience the beautiful sculpture and art exhibits. After a great day outside, indulge in delicious French cuisine at Au Bouchon des Chartrons, a 10-minute walk away.

It was clean, quiet and you can walk to the wine museum which is why I picked it. There’s is a hopping market place across from the museum with lots of choices of food and drink. I had the breakfast one morning for an extra fee and it was fine. The front desk people were very helpful and lent me an umbrella a couple times.
One suggestion is to put the directions for the washer and dryer in English. They are different than what I’m used to and I needed to ask for help because I have forgotten most of the French I learned in school.
The mini kitchen was handy even though I didn’t really cook anything.
A tourist office is in the same building as the museum so I took the river/wine tasting cruise which left from there. That was very enjoyable.
I highly recommend it if you don’t mind being outside central Bordeaux.
