Nestled on a hillside with stunning views of the coast and ocean, as well as the majestic volcano Teide, this villa-apartment offers a luxurious and comfortable stay for your vacation on the island. With its spacious and elegant layout, private outdoor terrace, and proximity to the beach and town, it is the perfect home base for exploring the island and indulging in relaxation.
The two-bedroom apartment boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. For those who love swimming in the ocean and hiking in the mountains, this is the ideal accommodation choice. With no pool on the property, you can immerse yourself in the natural wonders of the island instead.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your home, sip on champagne on your deck chairs, and unwind with a massage on your private terrace. You can even opt for a romantic dinner under the stars or have a local cook teach you how to prepare traditional cuisine in your own kitchen.

My husband and I travelled to Tenerife to escape winter weather here at home. Although the weather on Tenerife let us down (a couple rainy days), AD San Marcos did not! These villas are in the perfect location and came with everything you need for a wonderful stay on Tenerife. The Bodega just downstairs included an assortment of local wines which allowed us to experience a special part of the unique culture of the island. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner, and you can tell he is truly passionate about what he is doing and sincerely cares about your experience at AD San Marcos. Elena the concierge was wonderful. Anything we needed, she provided. I would recommend these villas to anyone planning a trip to Tenerife!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in the north of Tenerife. We chose to stay in a wonderful AD San Marcos apartment and we would absolutely recommend the AD experience without any reservation.
From start to finish, we felt like valued guests, rather than tourists. We were provided with a great emailed guidal, giving us information about services that were provided by AD, activities and events on the island, as well as insider tips about beaches, restaurants the owners enjoyed etc. We were warmly met by the owner, Kay, on arrival, who advised on a nearby restaurant for us to eat, showed us the bodega downstairs with local Canarian wines for us to purchase, (one bottle was provided free with a welcome basket of delicious fruit), and arranged for Carlos, the manager, to kindly pick up and deliver groceries for us the next morning. The apartment itself was spacious, containing everything we needed, with a terrific terrace showing wonderful views of the volcano on one side and San Marcos bay on the other. It was cleaned regularly to a high standard and Carlos was on hand for any queries about the apartment.
We were pleasantly surprised that a concierge service was included in the package. Elena, our concierge, was wonderful in booking restaurants for us, arranging activities including sailing/whale watching, Mt Teide cable car, wine tour and a reflexology session. All of which, were amazing – apart from the cable car ride, which was cancelled due to windy conditions, but Elena notified us of this so that we didn’t have a wasted journey. Our hosts were amazing, gave us a really authentic experience of the island and we would happily return.
It’s so tempting not to give this accommodation a great review so that we can keep this secret all to ourselves, but that wouldn’t be fair on our hosts. This was far more than an accommodation booking, more of an experience of being guests of people who loved their island and were happy to share some of it with those who visited with them and who genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2 BD/2 BA apartment--the apartment was huge, beautiful and beds comfortable and it had an amazing patio where we could all relax and enjoy the wonderful view. We were actually blown away when we walked in...for the price it is amazing. The managers were great and left us a very nice fruit basket and water (don't drink the tap water on the island it is extremely salty), and graciously let us check out late. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great--a bit cloudy and gray--but we thoroughly enjoyed hiking, seeing the volcano and the stars, and visiting the beach on the south side of the island.
