Splendid apartment of recent construction located 100 mtrs from the beach with two bedrooms is suitable for 4 people. Located on the first floor. Completely new and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of 65m2 + 12m2 terrace. Large living room with large window overlooking the terrace, with side view to the beach. Satellite television.
Very modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all the utensils in the cupboards needed for cooking and eating (dishes, spoons ...)
Bathroom with bathtub.
It has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed of 1.50m and the other with a trundle bed (two 0.90m beds).
Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the price of the reservation.
In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, terrace furniture, iron, heating pump, air conditioning, underground garage with direct access to the elevator and to your apartment.
Community gardens and pool very nice and very safe.

The space off the appartement is fine, everthing is in.
Tell the quests where the head off water is, so they can open it. The cupboard is open, you don't have to use a key.

The property was lovely although having to hire towels and bedding at an additional cost was new to us especially since the property we rented for the week previous to this week had all this included. The internet was also an additional charge again this was all free at our first apartment let by a different company. The parking was included which was great. The location of the apartment was a short walk to the beach and there were lots of super places to eat and have a drink. The apartment was a good size and we really enjoyed the large balcony. The pool looked good but it was too cold to swim in April.

Llamamos a la gestora por un pequeño problema y tuvimos una respuesta inmediata. En este sentido perfecto.
En cuanto al apartamento, está muy bien pero le falta algunos detalles, que lo harían mucho mejor. Por ejemplo no hay perchas en los armarios, las camas de la habitación de dos camas son de bastante mala calidad, lo cual afecta a la calidad del sueño.
