This cosy holiday apartment is located in the popular coastal town of Novi Vinodolski in Kvarner Bay – just about 250 metres from the sea and the nearest beaches. It is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a total of four apartments and offers space for up to four people. The accommodation is ideal for couples or small families who appreciate tranquillity, sea views and proximity to the beach.



The approximately 40 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the living area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning provide comfortable amenities. The sofa bed offers space for two additional people.



From the living space, you can access the private balcony, approximately 8 m² in size, with a sea view, seating furniture, and an awning – an ideal spot for relaxed hours in the sun or mild summer evenings overlooking the Kvarner Bay.



The equipment also includes bedding, towels and a separate entrance.

In the house, a communally usable washing machine is available. Usage is possible for a fee of 10 € per wash cycle and is done in consultation with the landlord.



A private car park is located directly by the house, the property is completely fenced in. In the well-maintained garden with fruit trees and summer kitchen, a barbecue area is also available to you, which you can use after prior consultation.



The location is quiet and yet central: A supermarket is only about 150 metres away, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The centre of Novi Vinodolski with its pretty old town, small boutiques and harbour is approximately one kilometre away. The nearest gravel beach and concrete bathing platforms can be reached in just a five-minute walk.



In the surrounding area, you can expect a wide selection of leisure activities - from swimming, diving and jet skiing to boat trips and sailing, to cycling, hiking or wine tasting in the Vinodol Valley. For families, there are also mini golf, playgrounds and various water sports offerings nearby.

Upon arrival, a damage deposit of €150 must be paid in cash. This will be fully refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation upon departure.
