Welcome to 'Bocazul'—an exquisite project featuring eight designer villas perched atop an oceanfront cliff within the renowned Blue Bay resort. Named for the vibrant ocean blues and its prime beachfront location, Bocazul offers guests a place of luxury living. Your villa has been meticulously designed to showcase of oceanfront luxury, with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, the lush golf course, and the pristine white sands.
With a focus on modern aesthetics and open-plan design, the villa spans two levels, offering shaded alcoves for relaxation beside the inviting pool with loungers. The breathtaking panorama of the Caribbean Ocean invites guests to linger on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool.
Inside the villa, the ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious living area seamlessly integrated with an open kitchen, a utility space with laundry facilities, and a dedicated workspace.
On the first floor, discover the master suite featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The fourth luxurious bedroom is located in a separate apartment on the premises, also with stunning views of the pool and sea. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.
The villa is a 5-10 min walk from the Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, sunbeds and shady palm trees. Whether you want to snorkel, dive, paddleboard or just relax, the Blue Bay Beach offers something for everyone. As a guest of Villa Bocazul, you have complimentary access to the beach including a beach chair. Other facilities of the resort, such as the 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, diving, may be used, and a corresponding fee will be charged.
Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.

All I can say is "wow"! When I saw this listing, my thinking was "too good to be true"... the pics are likely exaggerating. However, with a tough winter and a desire to escape, my friends and I took a chance. I am so glad we did. This property is outstanding... the pictures don't do the place justice. Imagine 3 decks... the ones outside the primary bedroom and the one off the kitchen/living area just defy description. The views are phenomenal. The sound of the surf so relaxing. Bocazul 1 was clean, extremely and comfortably well appointed, and, its location in a resort with a private beach (only a 5 minute walk away) with several restaurants could not be beat. We were so fortunate to find this gem. I am looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. Noom was responsive to all of our needs and inquiries. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, and the home was totally suitable for our group. Blue Bay beach has everything you need and we loved how intimate and cozy it felt. We cooked in a few nights, enjoyed a private chef for Thanksgiving, dined out at their casual beach bar, and also enjoyed a gourmet meal at Brass Boer. Loved the golf course and staff. Snorkeling at Blue Bay was probably our favorite compared to all other places we've traveled. We hope to return someday, this trip was a perfect 10, thanks.

A great location with a nice view over the beach. We stayed 2 weeks and were impressed that after one week a cleaning crew came to clean. That was really good as our sons left after one week and our friends joined us for the second week. So we didn’t have to wash the sheets as they took care of it all.One comment our friends made was that it would be great if there was more than 1 hairdryer. And maybe have a shower gel. But overall we were very happy here.
