About this house rental
Escape to the picturesque beauty of Sussex Inlet and experience a remarkable holiday at "Waterfront on Plover." This delightful holiday rental offers a serene retreat with its four bedrooms, one bathroom, and the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi is available
- No garage access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed
- No Slipway Access

Stepping through the back door, you are welcomed into a cozy first lounge room, inviting you to unwind and relax. Adjacent to this is a well-appointed kitchen, conveniently located for easy access and equipped with modern amenities to meet all your cooking needs.
Continuing your journey, you'll find a second lounge room and a spacious dining area, creating a harmonious space where you can gather with loved ones for meals, games, or engaging conversations.
Outside
The outdoor area of "Waterfront on Plover" is truly a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Revel in the stunning views as you relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture, basking in the gentle sea breeze. Fire up the barbecue and savor delicious meals while surrounded by the natural beauty of Sussex Inlet.
For those who enjoy water activities, this property is a dream come true. With its own private jetty, you have direct access to the shimmering waterways, allowing you to indulge in fishing, boating, or simply unwinding by the water's edge. Ample boat parking is available, ensuring convenience for those who bring their own watercraft.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

An interesting house, but very odd interior design. Quite comfortable. A carport would have been nice, given the weather. Plenty of room for 6 people.

The property was neat, clean and within a short 10 minute walk to the main shops. Love the private jetty out the back. Plenty of fish caught.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, fairly new, spacious and great location. My kids enjoyed feeding the ducks everyday.
