This large, sunny vacation apartment sleeps 4 people and is equipped with allergy-friendly furnishings.
The spacious living/dining area is furnished with solid wood furniture, a large leather sofa for relaxing, a swiveling UHD satellite TV, and a compact stereo system with radio, CD player, USB port, etc.
Board games, books, and informational materials about the region are also available.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, and much more.
The living/dining area and the bathroom are fully tiled and feature comfortable underfloor heating.
There are two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed and a closet) and another with two single beds, a closet, and a TV. The slatted bed frames are height-adjustable.
The bedrooms have laminate flooring and are equipped with exterior blinds.
All windows are equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds (except for the guest bathroom); the patio door has a fly-screen swing door on one side.
The bathroom features a sink, toilet, walk-in shower with a glass partition, and a hair dryer.
There is also a guest restroom.
The storage room contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.
The fenced-in garden, with a lawn for sunbathing and a lockable garden gate, features two terraces. One terrace with a table and 4 chairs is located in front of the living area; another terrace with a table, 4 chairs, and a patio umbrella is situated in the garden, sheltered by the garden sheds, and is perfect for cozy meals and barbecues. Additionally, 2 sun loungers are available.
Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garden shed. An electrical outlet for e-bikes is available.
