About this apartment rental
Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with sea view, located in a private condominium with swimming pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 metres from Praia da Rocha's sandy beach.
Property comprises: 1 bedroom with double bed (option: separate into 2 single beds), a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 single beds), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), 1 bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.
In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping.
It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Absolutely loved this apartment! top floor, great sea and land views. Immaculate condition, great sound proofing too. Plenty of space to move around and relax. Perfect/fast internet connection, plenty TV channels to choose from.
Lifts worked fine, friendly neighbour's. everything at your doorstep. I would like to book this apartment again for sure. Nuris2u looked after me as always!

The apartment was modern clean and the view was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean with a great bathroom and modern shower. We had an issue with noise coming from the air conditioning unit but this was resolved very swiftly after I reported it.
The foyer area of the apartment block looks quite run down and old it does not reflect the modern style of the apartments within the building. There’s a glass door which partitions the foyer from the visibility of the strip club considering there are a lot of families using the apartments it would be worth considering blocking the view to the club. This would also be the same for a curtain being used to partition another part of the foyer from an old run down area surely these could be more aesthetically finished to give a better representation of this building.
