This apartment has been redesigned and completely renovated to offer 2 beautiful bedrooms and a pleasant living space. It is very well equipped. Located on the "market square" (Wednesday and Sunday), the "Plœmeur church" bus stop is in front of the building. It is on the first floor (with elevator), courtyard side, so quiet. Parking nearby, shops on foot, beaches are numerous and accessible in less than 5 minutes. The city center of Lorient is 15-20 minutes by bus (T3). This apartment has been redesigned and completely renovated to offer 2 beautiful bedrooms and a pleasant living space. It is very well equipped. Both bright and warm, this apartment offers two bedrooms of just over 10m² which can accommodate up to 4 people. One of the two bedrooms can easily accommodate a travel cot for a baby. Between them, the "main" room offers a beautiful kitchen with a dining table for 4 people and a lounge area that can also accommodate 4 people. The bathroom and WC are separate, and we have provided storage space in all rooms. Household appliances for year-round living are on site: induction cooking, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing, and all kitchen utensils, including for enjoying seafood, are provided. . In terms of comfort equipment: small sofa, TV + internet box, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer... and if something is missing, we are all close by and responsive. Travelers have access to the entire apartment. We are available for any questions, advice, or concerns before or during the stay. We live 5 minutes from the apartment, and during the working day, my office is on the 3rd floor of the same building. On Sunday morning, the Ploemeur market begins very early, 2.5 meters from the building. This lasts until around 1:30 p.m. and the square is cleaned and opened to traffic around 3:30 or 4 p.m.
