Property was very nice with up-to-date furniture and appliances. All rooms had flat screen TV'S. Only thing that I didn't like was the ceiling fan having an over abundance of dirt/ dust on it which made me reluctant to use it.

We enjoyed our stay in Edenton- sleepy relaxing town. The property is convenient to downtown but needs some TLC. It was obvious the owner had not been at the property in quite a while- grass overgrown and unkept. The home smelled very musty and stale. We purchased Lysol to try and cover some of it. Home is nice just needs more attention when guests are coming in.
