About this house rental


We rent our pretty country house in the Dordogne, in the Périgord Pourpre in the heart of the vineyards of Montravel (AOC Bergerac) near Sainte Foy la Grande and Saint Emilion.

Former winegrowers' house, spacious, it accommodates 12 people and can accommodate two or three families

Large living room with fireplace, Very large modern and functional kitchen - 2 terraces, one to the south, one to the west - (11x5 heated swimming pool if needed - alarm)

5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower room on the first floor - 4 bedrooms with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds (small dormitory), and an office that can be used as a 6th bedroom for one person - a large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets.
Large relaxation and games area, yoga or music room, and ping pong table

Garden 1600m² perfectly enclosed, with a dominant view of the organic vineyards, not isolated in the heart of a hamlet 10 minutes from Sainte Foy la Grande, its market and the banks of the Dordogne- between Bergerac and Saint-Émilion.
The price includes linen, cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool.

In July and August the house is reserved from Saturday to Saturday, but you can ask us for another schedule configuration.
