Beautiful modern loft finely furnished with designer furniture. Located on the first hill of Santa Margherita with private garden with sea view. In a very quiet and elegant area but a stone's throw from the center and the beaches. Ideal for weekends as a couple.

The studio is located next to the main house with a beautiful view of Santa Margherita and is just a short drive down the winding street to the center of town and the water. Parking is on the street, not guaranteed and rather limited. The photos show a sofa and describe one bedroom. The sofa is a pullout. The studio has a convenient kitchen with small fridge and cooktop. I’d suggest adding a few wine glasses. AC works fine. The TV is Italian language only, no Netflix and while the owners offer access to their WI-FI, it really doesn’t reach the studio.
