As part of the project, a dumpster is temporarily placed at the dead end nearby and is visible from the property. Guests may also experience some noise during daytime hours while work is in progress. Please take this into consideration when choosing to book.**

Our family of 6 -- 2 adults and 4 children ages 18 months to 13 years -- had an awesome stay! It was our first time visiting Amelia Island, and we can't wait to come back. The most important thing to me in a rental home is cleanliness, and this home was very clean. Our family loved the beachy decor and updated feel and amenities. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom layouts were perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was across a road and an open field and only took us about 3 minutes with all of our children and a beach wagon in tow. The home isn't so close to the beach that we could hear the waves, but we could see the ocean from the patio. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We loved seeing the deer and tortoises right outside our door almost every day! We enjoyed the nearby mini golf, ice cream shops, charming downtown shopping area, and river cruise. We spent almost every day boogie boarding with the boards we brought -- the waves were absolutely perfect and not too rough. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the lifeguard stands on this portion of the beach, and the lifeguards were EXCELLENT and very proactive about keeping everyone safe. The owners were super responsive and kind to any questions or needs and encouraged us to reach out about any issues. We noticed the outside hose was leaking a little and they immediately sent someone out to fix it for us. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was great. Very clean, well appointed. Quiet location. Located right next to a State Park, so watching deer was pretty cool.

The location is great. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, the nature park, shopping and more. The unit is fantastic with open floor plan, very clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed with all you need and most importantly for us quiet. One nice perk as well is the parking garage. Highly recommend the stay at his villa.
