We absolutely LOVED this house! It was so well-appointed, everything we needed was there (and more!) Three generations of our family stayed at this home and it was perfect for all of us- the kids loved the trampoline and the pool, mom loved lounging with a book or relaxing at the beautiful beach, grandparents loved enjoying their morning coffee on the screen porch. And we all loved the hot tub and the cozy bedrooms! Five stars, can’t wait to come again.

I’m not sure that words will do this home justice. We rented the Sycamore House with another family, so two couples and six kids total, ranging from 7 to 14 years old. This home is an oasis. Our two families have rented together for almost 10 years in Harbor Country. This was, by far, the best rental we’ve ever had. The home itself is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Unlike other rentals, it is clearly lived in—in the very best sense of the word. Everything we needed was at our fingertips whether it was cups, plates, grill, tools, laundry detergent, even Ziploc bag bags, it was all right there. The beds were comfortable, and there were so many seating areas for everyone to sit in, we could all be together…or blissfully apart. Stepping outside, this house had everything. A gorgeous screened in porch, a comfortable outdoor couch where we drank our coffee every morning, a beautiful pool and hot tub, a gas fire pit where the adults enjoyed wine, a trampoline that our kids must’ve logged at least 20 hours on, an expansive yard, and a second wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. And the yard has been very effectively treated for mosquitos. I’m not sure we would have ever left the house, if it weren’t for the great outdoors of Michigan waiting for us. The house is an easy walk to the beach, and there were even beach chairs for us to use. We would come back again and again to this home, it was perfect!

Absolutely stunning property, beautifully appointed, completely relaxing atmosphere, every possible detail and item thought of and provided. Our family and friends had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, pool, yard and surrounding area.
