About this apartment rental
Newcastle historic district charm, modern amenities, walking distance to restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi, A/C, great bathroom, full laundry and kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, outdoor sauna. Pet friendly and handicap accessible, single floor design with parking right in front. Ideal for a MidCoast escape or remote work change of scenery.
No Stairs! One level with ramp access to fully accessible rooms and bathroom / shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds plus a futon allows for 5 maximum occupants. The kitchen/living room space is flexible enough for digital nomads to work or cook a gourmet meal with excellent access to fresh farm and sea ingredients! The back yard is private, overlooks wetlands.
One parking space is directly in front by the entrance and there is a large parking lot with ample off-street parking that can accommodate large vehicles.
Pets are welcome. We can recommend a wide range of outdoor adventures tailored to you, and your dog's, level of activity.

This property is nicely updated and comfortable. There were many touches that indicated this host wanted to create a comfortable, no hassle stay. Host was responsive. Town is cute.
