About this apartment rental
The ROSA apartment is part of a complex that includes three other apartments on the ground floor of a beautiful villa. The structure is a farmhouse built in 1700 and has been extensively restored but has retained its original features such as bows, the walls and roofs respect the rustic style, and combines the taste with which the restoration was done, all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday
The ROSA apartment is an independent studio of 35 square meters. It has a large kitchenette complete with all the selfcatering utensils including fridge and cooker. En suite bathroom with shower. The studio consists of two sections divided by very characteristic arches. There is a seating area with armchairs, and the sleeping area consists of a large and comfy double bed (or two singles). Possibility to accommodate a third person (Total (2 + 1). Quality furnishings and very comfortable.
The main feature is 'tranquility' as the structure is totally immersed in the greenery, away from the traffic noise of the city while being located just a few hundred meters from the main square of Sorrento.
Equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, color TV, kitchen with all selfcatering utensils including fridge, toaster, WIFI, phon etc. ..
It has 300 square meters of independent garden loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. There is therefore the possibility of eating outdoors or just relaxing.
It is located in Sorrento, the ideal place to reach the most fascinating places of the Amalfi Coast, visit the Scavi di Pompei, the island of Capri or reach after a few kilometers Naples or the Royal Palace of Caserta. The structure can be reached via an ancient Roman road, which is two meters wide for the 400 meters late in a slight climb, which is no problem for people who can walk.
Sorrento Train Station is 900 meters away; Supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy etc at 6-700 meters; Ilporto and the nearest beach at 1300 meters are all easily reachable on foot ..
