About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the center of Playa del Inglés, near the Maspalomas Dunes. It’s in a very quiet area next to the Riu Palace Maspalomas Hotel and the beach promenade, in a prime location. Cita and supermarkets are about a 5-minute walk away. Our vacation rental was newly renovated in 2022 to premium class, meeting the highest standards of the complex. It measures approximately 38 m² and is located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Non-smoking; it is fully and comfortably furnished. High-end amenities include satellite TV, a Netflix account, and high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi.

From the main balcony, you’ll have a great view of the pool and the resort all the way to the Riu Palace Maspalomas.
From the entrance balcony, you’ll have a spectacular view of the beach and the ocean. Feel free to set up the small balcony table there—for example, to enjoy a cozy glass of wine while taking in the magnificent view of the beach, ocean, and mountains. Just be sure to bring the table back inside afterward.

This location is perfect and nearby the beach next to Riu Palace.
The flat is well renovated and very functionnal.
A big frige is needed and will be provided in the next weeks so that's great ::))
