This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for your next vacation getaway.

Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony. You will also have access to one free parking space on the underground reserved parking on the premises.

Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute free bus ride with Munchin Rd and Adolphs bus stop on multiple routes only a 5-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within a mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that there is also a shared laundry facility at the building.
Please note that all garbage must be disposed of in the Lot G dumpster, it is located in the lot where the entry to the parking garage is.

Very clean, cozy and homey condo. We did a lot of hiking and biking. Went to the salt flats as well.Very dry air in Utah.

Very nice place. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. Nice location within Park City. Amenities were just as advertised on the web. Manager was responsive and helpful. This is a great rental for ski tourists. Thx, -B

This property was fine overall - it’s in a good location and is a cute spot. However, it’s claim to have working AC is a complete lie. Having working AC is essential for a comfortable stay anywhere in Utah during the summer. The property got unreasonably hot at night and the place naturally had poor air circulation, so sleeping was next to impossible. In fact, it got so unbearable at night that my friend was unable to fall asleep on any of the 4 nights and became sick as a result. This is completely unacceptable given that we screened for properties that had functional AC as part of our search. We expect some sort of reimbursement for the false claims listed and the poor sleeping experience we had as a result. There are plenty of other ways to book housing for a trip and we need to be sure that properties accurately are giving out what they claim to be if we are to use Vrbo again.
