SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Vista Dr. - LONGVIEW, located just across a quiet side street from the beach offers spacious rooms, private swimming pool and plenty of deck space to stretch out and breathe in the sea air. Enter the home through a dry entry in the carport and step upstairs or take the all-level elevator. The first level of the home is where you'll find 4 comfortable bedrooms for resting after a long day at the beach. There is a queen master bedroom with private bath, a second queen bedroom with a semi-private bath and a king bedroom that shares a bath with a pyramid bunk bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have sliders to the covered deck. The top level of the home provides a king master bedroom with private bath including Jacuzzi tub. Also on the top level is a media room with home theater system and the great room with cathedral ceilings, seating around the entertainment center and slider to the ocean side deck. The dining area has two tables for seating the group, and a slider to the screened porch where you'll find the bubbly hot tub and access to the west-side deck. Great stay for our family and pups, the home is a little older but it was plenty spacious. The Hotub is covered which is great in case of rain. The pool was our safe haven, I would recommend bringing a canopy because there is not much shade. Our only complaints were that the vents could use some cleaning, there was some mildew and the appliances are old but it worked well for us! Thank you again!

Place was overall very nice, had a couple things here and there that could’ve been better, but the week stay was so much fun! Especially enjoyed the screened in hot tub deck and being so close to the beach!

The location is hard to beat - walk to beach. The house was very aged and could use a make over. Kitchen accessories were dated and very used. Sliding door did not work too well. Hot tub had a mind of its own and decking is aged. House had good bones - just needs a refresh - seemed liked nothing was touched since built 25 yrs ago. Could be better and could be worse - we were there for the beach and the island, so I would give it a B-. I don’t have a lot to compare it to in the vicinity, but many houses looked worn from the outside. I’m thankful it was clean, very quiet, safe neighborhood and the beach was 100 yds.
