Ocean View & walk 5 min to beach, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Arcade Games 5Bd-4 Bth

Just as described. Thanks again

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Berto, the house manager, was excellent—he was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 13. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and take in the spectacular views, especially while enjoying a game of pool on the covered deck. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the beach was just a short walk away—and just as stunning. Highly recommended!

The house is roomy, clean, and most of all has an amazing view of the ocean! The game room is fun for families. It is gated for extra security and ease of mind. Also, communication with the owner was wonderful, he reached out even before check in to welcome us to the property. Location is close to ferry but far enough away from the town to be peaceful. Short downhill walk to a beach.

The property has great potential but requires upgrades and attention to detail. One A/C unit barely cooled, and some remote controls are missing batteries or have dead ones. A few ACs leaked condensation onto the wall, an electrical outlet, and one of the beds. The property would benefit from a grill and a pool. The game supplies were lovely, but the ping-pong paddles were worn out, and all the darts were broken. The location is quite far from major points of interest, but the nearby beach is very accessible and charming. My bedroom had roaches and spiders, and one of the bedroom TVs was not working.
