Guest Access:
The entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, is for your group’s enjoyment. Access to one garage parking spot is included. Please note only one vehicle is permitted at the property.
The Neighborhood:
With access to two world-class resorts, the Blackjack Ridge development offers outdoor adventure for every skill-level and interest all year round. Enjoy skiing the renowned slopes in the winter and hiking/biking/climbing in the spring and summer months.
From December to early March, guests can enjoy ski in/ ski out access to Snowbird and a complimentary shuttle service to and from Alta. The public UTA bus runs a free loop from Snowbird up to the Alta Bypass road and back every 30 minutes while the resort is open.
Although regarded as home to some of the “best snow on earth,” this area is so much more than a ski destination. Snowmelt reveals a whole new season of outdoor enjoyment for every skill level and interest. The area’s growing network of trails allows bikers, hikers, and climbers to enjoy the unparalleled views of the ridge during a short walk around the area, rappelling down an exposed rock face, or after a long, rewarding trek up one of the many peaks.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Beautiful location, easy check in. Furniture is older, but appropriate for a mountain home. We had a couple of indoor mice encounters.

We stayed the fourth week of June and had some chilly mornings (27F, 33F), beautiful days, small patches of snow on trails, and lots of wild flowers. Shop on the way in since there is nothing up in the mountains during summer. The house was fine. It was hard to find based on the address and there were three numbered garages underneath, which made it more confusing. We also did not have the garage code (the only place you can park - one car only parking) and the garage door was locked. The property management is a call center (foreign) and seems to reply with AI generated messages. There is no house manual but we only had problems with the hot tub not being serviced properly (too much bromine) - good luck getting the heavy cover off on the small deck. There are other neglected maintenance items but the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances. Overall we had a great stay.
