Only 5 minutes walking distance to downtown Estes Park, and a 5-minute traffic-free drive to the Black Canyon Inn or the Stanley Hotel! re also just across the street from one of the stops for two different lines of the free shuttle service (available in the summer months).
The Main Level Master bedroom has a king-sized new Purple mattress (Purple 3), separate deck access, double vanity master bath, plus a jacuzzi tub, and a separate TV. Spacious family room including TV, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave, dining area, and laundry room (washer dryer available to use), plus a half bath. The lower level has two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds, both bedrooms have private entrances from the outside patio, one full jack-jill bath, and a game room/rec room, including a pool table, couches with queen-sized sleeper-sofa, and a TV. Your stay includes free wireless high-speed internet access and Amazon Prime as well as basic cable.

The downstairs living room (with the pool table) has a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress.

The property was okay. The check in process was terrible. They kept giving us codes that would not work. Finally a gentleman showed up and discovered the box used to communicate with the door lock was bad. So he was able to get us in and provide a new code. However, after he left and we were getting settled, we realized the WiFi was not working. So we had no TV or WiFi for the first 2 1/2 days of our trip. I went back and forth for days with the host before the same gentleman was sent out again to get it all straightened out. We waisted a day of vacation waiting for someone to come out to fix it. When my brother turned on the ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom, it would flip the breaker! The light over the kitchen sink would flicker out and the light in the downstairs bathroom would not come on. We’ve always rented from private parties on VRBO. This was the first time we rented a property that was using a property management company. We will never make that mistake again! As far as the property, it’s in a great location and we loved seeing the wildlife walk through the yard. I would have given a higher rating if the communication would have been better. We were extremely frustrated with the service we received.
