- the compact kitchen offers a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster... A wooden dining table and 4 chairs is the ideal place for a continental breakfast.
- leading off the kitchen you will find the lounge/diner, with exposed beams, and french doors opening onto the garden. A comfortable corner sofa is set in front of the imposing stone fireplace and flat screen TV. A solid wooden dining table and 6 chairs offer an interior dining space.
- the first double bedroom situated on the ground floor. It has a double corbeille bed in the Louis XV style (140cm wide), bedside tables, armchairs and a large oak wardrobe - it benefits from french windows opening onto the front terrace and garden.

Situated at the edge of the village of Cénac et St Julien, the house offers peace and quiet, and privacy in the garden and on the terrace whilst being within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the river Dordogne.
Cénac itself is ideally situated for visiting the region: 2kms from Domme, 5kms from Castelnaud and La Roque Gageac - the famous villages of the Dordogne valley; 10kms from Sarlat; and an easy hours drive from the airports of Bergerac and Brive.
You can walk to the river itself where you can swim or hire a canoe, or just relax on the pebble beaches alongside the bridge.
