Pretty spacious, modern and very well equipped villa in a beautiful garden of 1600 m2, the villa is classified 4 * /5 *
It is located in the forest in a very quiet 😌cul-de-sac 10 minutes by bike from the beach and close to shops.
The large basement will allow you to store bikes, kite etc
You can enjoy the beautiful terraces around the house

On the first floor a living room of 75 m2 with a view of the forest and very bright! A very nice new and perfectly equipped kitchen!

Upstairs 1 master suite with a 160 bed of 25 m2
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 of 12 m2

The house is well equipped, clean, light and airy, and well decorated. It is in a quiet location on the edge of Le Touquet. It is close to three supermarkets and in walking distance of two excellent boulangeries and an artisan fromagerie and charcuterie. Access to the walking / cycling trails through the woods are within 50m of the house. It is worth noting that at times there is some traffic noise as a main road into Le Touquet runs close to the bottom of the garden. However we didn’t feel that this detracted from our 2-week stay in any way. We would recommend this house and would stay again.

We had a great time, the house was perfect, great location and very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Very easy communication with the owners. Highly recommended and we hope we can come back one day !
