After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

- Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation.
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
