The home offers a bright open-plan living and dining area with soaring timber ceilings, a Smart TV, and split-system air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, while large windows and sliding doors connect you seamlessly to the outdoors. Step outside to enjoy the furnished deck and gas BBQ, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals.
Accommodation includes three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an ensuite (shower & toilet)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two singles
Practical features include parking for two cars and a laundry with washer.
The property is close to walking tracks, bike paths, the river, and the Anglesea Golf Course—famous for kangaroos grazing nearby. The golf club’s bistro, gaming room, and kids’ mini golf are just a short stroll away.
