About this apartment rental
Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The apartment itself was great. We only needed to stay one night after a cruise. However, I would not stay here long term. Our room slept 6 and we had 4 knifes, 2 forks and 3 spoons. The pool was okay, but everyone got there at 9:30 when the pool opened to drop towels and went back to sleep. The umbrellas, tables/chairs and cabanas looked very aged (not worth 350) , the pool area could use a good power wash. We did eat at the tropical lounge and it was fast and good ! This hotel/apartment has good potential, but needs work.

The location is fantastic! However, the reception desk and services could be improved. The restaurant and the small market provide wonderful service.

It was “fine” for what we needed for this trip—just sleep for 2 nights. But if this was a different stay:Low level amenities. 3 drink glasses, no plates, no cookware.Bathrooms had mismatched towels. Shower nowhere to put soap, razor, shampoo. Furniture and decoration minimal and dated.Location, beach and pool were great for our stay.We arrived 40 minutes before the 4:00 check-in and were denied access until 4:00. I have no faith that the apartment was “not ready”- just strict adherence to an unnecessary policy.
