Great location with unobstructed views of the tidal basins and sunsets from the gorgeous deck. Lovely updated kitchen. The bedrooms are all downstairs so you have the views from the living room and kitchen. There were a few issues including a toilet that wouldn’t stop running in the bathroom above where we slept and AC that was broke in the other bedroom but hopefully it’s now been fixed.
