We had a great stay overall, though check-in was slightly confusing initially. We arrived late (around 8:30 PM) and the check-in details we received were for the top-floor unit, not the three-bedroom ground floor unit we had booked. I called Todd immediately, and he was highly responsive and apologetic, quickly sorting out the mix-up since the ground floor was thankfully vacant. The property itself is fantastic, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The only minor issue was a shortage of toilet paper; four rolls for eight people over two nights wasn't enough. Providing a small extra supply would be a welcome improvement. The location is excellent—just a minute from the lake with convenient nearby stores.
