About this apartment rental
Our modern apartment building is located in a very popular residential neighborhood in western Vienna, facing south and enjoying plenty of sunshine. It features two beautiful vacation apartments as well as a lovely garden with a patio, patio furniture, and a barbecue. The quiet residential setting, combined with excellent public transportation access, makes the building a popular spot for sightseeing and relaxation in the city.
You can reach the city center (the Opera House, Kärntner Straße, etc.) by public transportation in 25 minutes, and Schönbrunn in 12 minutes (bus stop 100 meters from the building; buses run every 10 minutes to the subway). There is also a bike path leading all the way to the city center. You can park for free and for an unlimited time on the street in front of the building (you will receive a parking permit). Shopping options and numerous restaurants are located within 400 meters.

This home is very spacious a lot of light filtering in. The area is perfect to catch the bus to the metro line. Host was very nice. I would stay again if I come back. You should stay here, you will thank me😊

Both of the apartments in this house on the outskirts of Vienna are beautiful. They are light and airy, super clean and with exceptionally well equipped kitchens. We stayed there for three months and loved every minute of it. We did well without having a car, as local buses run frequently. From Huetteldorf train station, the nearby transportation hub, it is easy to get both into the city and to destinations farther afield.
One couldn't ask for a better landlady. She is always available when needed, but definitely never intrusive.
We highly recommend these apartments. We ourselves are booked to return for three months next year.
