About this apartment rental
Spacious penthouse located on the seafront with an intimate sandy beach, in an area surrounded by many natural green spaces. It is the largest condo in the complex, approximately 70% larger than the 2 bedrooms (2,600 sq. ft.); cathedral ceilings throughout the penthouse and a great ocean view from the unit.
The condominium is well managed, safe and only a three minute drive from the center of the tourist section of downtown Cabarete (1 mile from Janet's supermarket).
The condo is located in the exclusive Cabarete East Condominium complex, a gated community with 1 parking space, 24 hour security and electricity with a backup generator as well as management service within phone reach in case of an emergency.
You will find a magnificent swimming pool with a dozen deck chairs and parasols as well as the shade of a few coconut trees on a sand dune overlooking the ocean.
Next to the pool is Martini's Restaurant, which serves great food (American/Dominican) and even delivers to your room. Of course, there's a happy hour every night from 4-6 p.m.
It is a wonderful place to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach and palm trees.
In town, you can book a variety of day trips to keep you busy as much as you want, or just sit by the pool and enjoy the ocean with a drink.
The 3 bedrooms each have a ceiling fan, air conditionning, a closet, an en-suite bathroom, a shower and a balcony with a magnificent view of the ocean.
The condo offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the warm Caribbean air feel. The outdoor balcony is lit, screened and covered and offers a magnificent view of the ocean.
It is important to know the common practice of Cabarete to pay the electricity consumption in addition to the rent. This practice helps to regulate the excessive use of air conditioning. The specific meter for air conditioning will be read upon your arrival and departure. So you will only pay for what you used.

Everything was amazing. Great location. Only a 20 minute beach walk to the heart of Cabarete. Just remember to stop by the store on the way for necessities like soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, garbage bags, etc… The place is huge and each room has their own bathroom/shower.

Host was excellent, very responsive, beautiful property, huge. We would highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed that they had a restaurant on the premises. A great vacation and again thank you to our host-amazing.

Very large unit with a great view of the pool and ocean from most rooms and the large outdoor decks. Nice to be in a smaller condo community that still has a bar/restaurant. Swimming in the ocean outside the unit is not recommended as it’s very choppy and windy. Virginie was kind enough to let us check in early as my husband was very ill. It would have been a miserable day in the heat.
