The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. While the house has been renovated, “newly” renovated might be a stretch. There were very off putting water deposits on the shower head and stains on the sofa and rug. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and I chose not to use it. The cookware was limited and not in great shape. If you are looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price, this might be for you. If you want a home away from home you may want to keep looking.
