The fully equipped kitchen and inviting 12-ft kitchen island opens to the relaxing living room with an intimate fireplace, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm, accenting the hardwood floor and enhancing the modern design of the home. This was very mindfully designed to host guests and entertain.
Once you are ready to rest and relax, retreat to three lovely bedrooms, where you can recharge after an exciting day in Indianapolis. The home is equipped with five beds to accommodate 8 people comfortably.
But wait! The best is yet to come – step out in the spacious, private yard to catch a breath of fresh air and marvel at the serene natural environment. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved in a very timely manner. The VRBO was equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals, Bbq, awesome theater room and shuffle board. The beds were very comfortable. It was so convenient to have nice working washer/dryer units as well. The hot tub was used every night. There is so much more. I highly recommend this unit.

Great property, recently redone with nice features like movie room and hot tub outside! Close to downtown Indy. Not the nicest neighborhood but quiet and no issues. Property owner very responsive and easy check-in and out.

The property was great for pets and a short drive to everything we wanted to do in the city. The hot tub was great as well.

Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. The drain in the master bath needs to be worked on. It backed up pretty bad. The hot tub had apparently been blown open by the wind the night before we arrived. It was half full and had leaves and debris scattered in it. We arrived on a Monday and after a couple days of communication with the property manager it was ready by Wednesday night. The night before we left. Everything else was pretty good though. It was on a qiuet street and easy to get to.
