This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, Wi-Fi, and TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table with six chairs to dine with loved ones.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves!

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The place in Porto was beautiful! The instructions to enter were adequate but for those of us who are challenged translating the printed word into actions, I felt they might have been more explicit. Anyway, after some kind building resident’s help we found our way to the place and absolutely loved the layout. The adjoining balconies overlooking the street were ideal and our favorite spot! The designs and items were unique and creative. On the less positive side, there were no tables (waist height) to open the bags or lay clothes….the choices were nearly always floor-level. The supplies provided were non-existent or weak: for instance there were no coffee-pods for the coffeemaker, two little soaps in the one bathroom, with no soap holder, and two rolls of toilet tissues which we almost exhausted in the 4 days there. Those are minor things, but hopefully help you in future planning. The things that were slightly more concerning were:1. The one A/C/Heat unit near the entrance totally didn’t work. In fact, it was turned off at the breaker box when we arrived on a warm afternoon and needed some cooling. The remote control was inoperative, and that is the only way to adjust the unit.2. The latch on the bathroom door was inoperative. To get the bathroom door to remain closed, one needed to physically pull the handle back up after entering. While this is a minor inconvenience, and a small annoyance, I could tell more, but you have limited to 1500 characters. Couldn't send photos

This property was exactly as described. The location is superb. There was NO annoying noise from the pub located on the ground floor. We would definitely come again!

listing was accurate but we had issues with electricity. whenever we plugged in the provided heaters, the fuse would blow. the first time, we didn't know the fuse box was outside the apartment in the hall. it kept happening. the parquetry floor in one bedroom had lifted so you couldn't walk on it without hurting yourself. not sure how the cleanter missed that (about 6 square feet of it). we were given a small credit to the charge which helped some but it was disappointing.
