Experience the ultimate mountain retreat in this spacious 2,150-square-foot Rocky Ridge condo. Recently remodeled with a modern mountain aesthetic, this home features a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, perfectly blending rustic charm with contemporary comfort.
Main Living Level:
The journey begins at the split-level entry, offering a convenient hall closet to store your outdoor gear. Ascend to the bright, open-concept living area where soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows create an airy, inviting atmosphere. Cozy up by the large rock-surround wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy a drink at the wet bar. The adjacent dining area and upgraded, fully equipped kitchen make entertaining a breeze. For extra space, the separate den provides a quiet nook for reading or serves as an additional sleeping area with its comfortable sofa bed. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.
Outdoor Living:
Step out onto the peaceful back deck to grill on the BBQ or lounge in the California sunshine while enjoying the serene surroundings.
Lower Level Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: Features a King-size bed, a private sitting area, a full ensuite bath, and a small private deck for morning coffee.
Guest Bedrooms: Two flexible guest rooms feature conversion beds that can be configured as either two Kings or four Twins to suit your group's specific needs.
Bunk Room: A dedicated bunk room for the kids!
Guest Bath: These rooms all share a large, modern full bathroom at the end of the hallway.
Rocky Ridge is a gated 60-acre community in Tahoe City bordering State Forest land, offering immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Residents and guests enjoy premium amenities, including two seasonal swimming pools and spas, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, Bocce Ball, and a private beach with a pier, clubhouse, and volleyball court.
Our open-concept, two-story rentals feature vaulted mountain-style ceilings, rock fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and all linens. Please note that homes are equipped with central heat and fans, while A/C is rare in Tahoe, we’ve provided fans to keep that fresh mountain air circulating!
*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given.

This property exceeded my expectation. Extremely clean, comfortable & spacious. Often times rentals will say "well stocked kitchen" but only have a few pots and pans and missing all the essentials..not this kitchen! More than enough of everything to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and more. I look forward to coming back. Thank you to the property management for a seamless arrive with well communicated and on time emails with all the info.

This Rocky Ridge condo was so spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect and the grounds and amenities at Rocky Ridge were so lovely we did t want to leave!

The house is mostly great and location is even better. However, the description is not fully accurate. There is no heat in the bunk room. When one room suddenly becomes unavailable because the kids are cold, that really messes up the experience. Therefore, I’d be very careful booking an O’Neal property as the description isn’t fully accurate.
