Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 30 years ago and the Moorings did not disappoint this time. Close to beach. We had a cockroach in the kitchen, but my husband killed it and we did not see any more. The one big negative we had was no bike racks to lock our bikes. I was told there were racks when I made the reservation. When we got here there was 1 rack. When we were out using our bikes, we came back and the rack was gone. Were told new racks were coming. Did not happen while we were there. Had to keep bikes locked on the rack on our vehicle.

Everything was great. The kitchen could use a few more place settings and utensils. Other than that, everything was perfect.

bring a mattress. The bed was hard as a rock and the furniture was like back in the 70's . Could not get comfortable.
